Terms of Use

NKOTOV is Nikita Kotov’s personal portfolio. The site presents work and services. Published prices and timelines are indicative, not a binding offer.

1. Permitted use

You may browse the site and make genuine project enquiries. Do not disrupt the site, bypass protection, send spam or malicious code, or submit third-party data without a lawful basis.

2. Enquiries and contracts

Sending the form does not create a project contract or payment obligation. Scope, fees, milestones, schedule, rights, payment and support are agreed separately. A project contract takes priority if it conflicts with these general terms.

The submit button is accompanied by confirmation of agreement with the Privacy Policy and these terms. Sending an enquiry does not authorise marketing. The controller must check any separate data-processing consent required by applicable law.

3. Prices and currencies

The Russian version uses RUB and the English version uses USD. The fixed reference conversion uses the Bank of Russia rate for October 7, 2026: USD 1 = RUB 85.7116, rounded to the nearest dollar. This is not a live exchange rate. Final price and payment currency are agreed in the proposal or project contract.

4. Materials and external links

Site content, design, code, project brands and images remain the property of their respective rights holders. Displaying a case study does not transfer intellectual property rights to visitors.

External sites may not be controlled by the portfolio owner. Their content, availability and privacy practices are the responsibility of their operators.

5. Availability and responsibility

The site may be unavailable or contain technical errors. Animation and 3D rendering may differ between devices. Portfolio content does not promise a particular commercial outcome.

Any limitation of liability applies only where permitted by law and does not exclude non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
